01Accepting these terms

These Terms of Use apply to your use of intellectiq.dev (the “Site”), which is operated by Intellectiq (“Intellectiq”, “we”, “us”). By using the Site you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data and forms part of how you use the Site.

02The Site and our services

The Site describes Intellectiq, an AI agent and automation studio, and lets you get in touch with us. It is informational. Nothing on it is an offer, a quote or a promise of a particular result.

We only provide services under a separate written agreement, such as a statement of work, signed by you and by us. That agreement, not this page, governs the work. If the two ever conflict, the signed agreement wins for the services it covers.

A call, an email exchange or a booking through the Site does not create a client relationship or any obligation on either side.

03Acceptable use

When you use the Site, you agree not to:

  • break the law or use the Site to help anyone else do so;
  • probe, scan or test the Site for vulnerabilities, or interfere with how it works or how others use it, without our written permission;
  • scrape or copy the Site at a volume or in a way that puts load on it or gets around technical limits;
  • send us malware, spam, or content that is unlawful, abusive or infringes someone else's rights;
  • pretend to be another person or organisation, or misrepresent your affiliation.

If you find a security problem, we'd rather hear about it than have it exploited. Write to hello@intellectiq.dev.

04Intellectual property

The Site, including its text, design, graphics, animations, code and the Intellectiq name and logo, belongs to Intellectiq or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Third-party names and logos shown on the Site belong to their owners and appear only to describe the tools we work with.

You may view the Site and share links to it. You may not copy, modify, distribute or reuse its content or branding for other purposes without our written permission.

If you send us feedback or ideas about the Site or our services, we may use them without obligation to you. This does not apply to your confidential information or to work product covered by a signed agreement.

05Contacting us and booking calls

You can email us or book a call through a scheduling widget provided by Cal.com. Please give accurate details so that we can reach you.

Please don't send confidential material, such as credentials, API keys, customer data or trade secrets, by email or in a booking note. If we need to exchange sensitive information, we'll agree a secure channel and appropriate confidentiality terms first.

06Third-party services and links

The Site relies on third-party services (for example hosting, analytics and scheduling) and may link to other websites. We don't control those services or sites and aren't responsible for their content, availability or practices. Your use of them is subject to their own terms and policies.

07No warranty

The Site and everything on it are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we give no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure, or that its content is complete, current or suited to your needs.

Descriptions of our services, process, timelines and technology are general and illustrative. Interactive demos on the Site are simulations, not recordings of a real client system. Content about AI and automation is not legal, financial or professional advice.

08Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Intellectiq is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising out of or connected with your use of, or inability to use, the Site.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Liability for paid services is governed by the written agreement for those services.

09Changes

We may change or withdraw parts of the Site at any time, and we may update these terms. The current version is always on this page with its “last updated” date. If you keep using the Site after a change, you accept the updated terms.

10Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Intellectiq is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The courts of that jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute about them, except where mandatory consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere. If part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.
